Now that I have the requisite thick sheet parts I'll get on with assembly.

I started with the bearing blocks as the template supplied by Nophead for the squashed froglet doesn't have the slotted holes for aligning them. You do the alignment first and then drill the holes accordingly.

Everything seems to line up properly so it went quite quickly in the end (about an hour, with some fiddling about when I had to drill the extra holes, etc).
